Is registration necessary?
It’s to your advantage. As a candidate, you’ll be able to store and upload your CV. You’ll get email alerts when suitable positions are added to the database so you can apply fast. You can allow your CV to be found by recruiter and employer searches improving your chances of being found. And you can access and amend your details as often as you wish.
How do I apply for a job?
Ads will usually display an email link which will allow direct contact. We will deliver applications online to the advertiser very promptly. You’ll also receive an email acknowledgement that this has been done.
How do I follow up my applications?
Keep details of applications you have sent and of reference numbers where used. You can then follow up applications directly, though we do recommend that all advertisers process applications promptly and advise candidates of interest or lack of it. It’s just good etiquette.
Can I turn job alerts on and off?
Yes, you’ll see the box to check when you register.
Can I remove my details from the database?
Yes. Enter your password and access your area. Click the box to close your account.
What does it cost to advertise a position?

How long do ads stay on line for?
Normally 28 days. You can extend the ad for longer on further payment or use of a ‘credit’, or ads can be withdrawn if positions are filled quicker.
How do I place an ad?
Click on the ‘Advertise a role’ tab. If you are a recruitment agency or advertising agency, then click on the ‘Recruiter’ tab. Registration takes only a minute or so, and you can purchase job credits online. You can pay by credit card or by invoice if you have previously set up credit arrangements with us.
Can I get help with copywriting?
Yes, we’ve set up an arrangement with a leading recruitment advertising agency. One of their copywriters will be happy to write your ad in the style to maximise its effectiveness if you can supply either brief bullet points about the role or a job spec and person specification. There is a small additional charge for copywriting. Check the box when you upload your details and attach the information needed. Alternatively email
Can I see my ad before it goes live?
Yes, you will receive a link. Click the box that the ad is correct and it will then go live.
Can I change my ad?
Yes, you can log back on and make any change you wish to a standard ad during the first ten days.
Can you provide employers with other recruitment advice?
We have a lot of experience in the procurement recruitment sector and we’d be happy to share that with you. If you need wider help, we’ll either provide it or point you in the right direction!
